The Kentucky Import Center at Churchill Downs is the only USDA approved Quarantine Center in Kentucky. The facility is located on the grounds of Churchill Downs and is owned and operated by Churchill Downs Racetrack, LLC.

The facility will be served by Louisville Airport (SDF), Cincinnati Airport (CVG), and Indianapolis Airport (IND).
